About
The meeting you just spent an hour on shouldn't be the meeting you re-litigate next Tuesday. The recap has to do work — not just exist.
The team
notologic is a small team of B2B-software builders. We've spent the last decade running, sitting in, and recovering from the kind of meetings this product is built for — client status calls, vendor pitches, internal reviews, every kind of one-on-one. We've watched the same pattern every week: the call goes well, and then by Friday half of what was decided has evaporated. notologic is the tool we kept wishing existed.
We hire (rarely, intentionally) for people who care about taste and precision in equal measure. If that sounds like you, the contact form is real.
Part of a connected toolkit
Same team, same design sensibility, same focus on getting meaningful work out of the meetings and screens that fill your day. Use one. Use all of them.

Whiteboard-style visuals for demos, proposals, and explainers — the illustration engine our team uses every week.
Where the action items from your meetings go to live as a working backlog — without the copy-paste step in between.
What we mean by "from talk to task"
Grounded
Every fact in the report points back to the exact moment in the meeting it came from. Every answer comes with a quote. When the meeting didn't say it, we don't make it up.
Structured
Action items are a list of named, dated, ownable tasks — not bullets buried in a paragraph. Decisions, risks, and open questions each get their own place to live. Structure is what makes the report useful three weeks later.
Calm
One accent color. One thing to do per page. No glow, no neon, no popups. The site you're reading is what the product feels like to use.
