Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 23, 2026 · placeholder text, subject to counsel review.

This policy describes what we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the controls you have. notologic is operated by the team at notologic.com. Email security@notologic.com for any privacy-related inquiry.

We collect three categories of data. Account data (your email, name, organization, and Stripe customer id) is collected when you sign up and is used to authenticate, bill, and contact you about the service. Meeting data (transcripts, audio uploads, the analyzer's structured output, threads, and shares) is collected when you upload a meeting and is used only to deliver the product features — we do not sell this data and we do not opt providers into training foundation models on it. Telemetry (basic usage and error logs) is collected to operate and improve the service; you can opt out of non-essential telemetry in account settings.

We share data with a small set of sub-processors who help us deliver the service: payment processing (Stripe), object storage (Cloudflare R2), AI inference (Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini), embeddings (OpenAI), audio transcription (Whisper / Deepgram / Azure Speech depending on the tier), and email delivery. A complete sub-processor list with contractual terms is available on request and will be published here once the public list is finalised. We do not transfer data to jurisdictions outside the EU/UK/US without Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent transfer mechanism.

You have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your personal data. Request any of these via security@notologic.com; we acknowledge within 5 business days. Deletions take effect within 30 days across all systems including backups.
