Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of notologic (the web application available at app.notologic.com and any companion tools we publish). By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

notologic grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service in accordance with your subscription tier. You are responsible for the meeting content you upload, analyze, and share; you represent that you have the rights to that content and that its use does not violate any third-party rights, applicable law, or the recording-consent rules of any participating jurisdiction. notologic processes your meetings only to deliver the service — we do not sell your data and we do not opt providers into training foundation models on your content.

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law notologic disclaims all implied warranties, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time; termination does not relieve you of fees accrued before the termination date. Governing law and venue: to be confirmed; the final document will specify a jurisdiction.
